About the Author
Ted Greenfield, M.Ed. is the founder and director of Invisible Angels, a nonprofit organization providing air transportation for survivors of human trafficking. A commercially rated pilot, Ted retired from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the spring of 2025, where he served as a multimedia producer, creating safety messaging and training for air traffic controllers and pilots. Before his time at the FAA, Ted served as a senior instructional systems designer contractor at Lockheed Martin and was the executive producer and internet managing editor for Voice of America’s Learning English.
Ted made plans, but his steps were directed by God (Proverbs 16:9), resulting in a diverse background – from special education teacher, to improv comedian, to television producer. Ted then navigated the evolving internet landscape of the late 1990s while owning a small online training and multimedia development company until 2008, after which he worked for the FAA until 2025.

I thought this such a wonderful book. Mr. Greenfield carefully shows how God helped overcome each problem that occurred as he tried to get this very important ministry up and running.
Whether is was his health scare, securing and aircraft tug or the biggest hurdle becoming an FAR part 135 operation. Greenfield does a great job of showing how God’s hand was on him and mixing those with the troubling stories of the survivors they rescued.
The story made me aware of what a terrible issue Human Trafficking is. I had always assumed it was an overseas problem and never really thought that it was here in this country. as he says in his book it’s not what you see on TV it’s much worse. He includes the story of an 8 year old who was being trafficked by his father and a teacher!
I highly recommend this book. While I don’t necessarily agree with Greenfield’s theology (He is a continuationost) I do agree with him when he says God wrath is coming. “Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them! They will be paid back for what they have done.” (Isa 3:11, NIV).
God Is In This Fight relates a different kind of story from the other Aneko Books that I’ve read. It tells the story of how Invisible Angels miraculously came into being. This is a story of how God works to being about something big through a normal, everyday Christian. It brings to flight a faith that soars like an eagle.
I don’t want to give much a way so I will only say that if God is in the plan impossible things like receiving a free plane, government agencies working efficiently and speedily, completing voluminous paperwork in record time and the provision of funds right when needed become anticipated occurrences. After all, remember this is the God who has made a way for every person who walks this earth to come to Him through His Son, Jesus, if they choose to receive it by faith. This is the God who wants to bless, do miraculous things and to bring each of His children into a closer relationship with Him, if they will align themselves with His will. The author chose to do this and this book chronicles each step of that journey.
